Zarina Foundation

Zarina Foundation is a space where the Bulgarian spirit breathes freely. We unite authentic folklore, love for children, movement and art in a living puzzle of rhythm, word and color. We believe that the root does not prevent you from flying - on the contrary, it gives direction and strength. Our mission is to awaken this connection in children - with warmth, play and inspiration, and in their parents - bringing them back to the memories of their childhood.

What are we doing?

• Workshops for children, where local traditions are demonstrated, we learn about customs and symbols, fairy tales and legends are told, we honor all Bulgarian national holidays

• Group for all Bulgarian choirs

• Authentic Strandja folklore group

• Bagpipe lessons

• Exhibition with 40 authentic women's folk costumes

• Creation of educational materials with Glagolitic script, embroidery, ritual symbols and folk poetry

• Collaboration with masters, singers and keepers of tradition who breathe life into folklore with love and knowledge

• Mind and body care: children's yoga classes, hatha yoga, aero yoga, pilates, group dances

• Creative workshops with drawing

• Soul Songs Group

• Participation in various charity events with a cause - this is how we educate in empathy.
